The City of El Cerrito has developed a permanent Outdoor Dining Ordinance that builds off the success of the temporary outdoor dining and retail regulations first adopted during the pandemic. The program allows flexible use of outdoor spaces adjacent to businesses and includes a greatly streamlined application process for businesses.
